Our wood beads come from the Phillipines, Africa, Japan and China. They are great for creating bold yet lightweight jewelry designs. The Ojime Beads are hand carved by master woodworkers from boxwood and are based upon the traditional Japanese Ojime beads worn on the Obi belt of a Kimono.
