Shell Organic Beads
Sea shells have long been a part of jewelry making traditions dating as far back as 100,000 years ago. Archeologists have untombed skeletons adorned with strands of cowrie, conch and nautilus shells. Many civilizations have used indigenous shells to make sacred ornaments to be worn and traded. This tradition remains with us today and shells are used both in raw and in fabricated bead designs. We have a large selection of shell beads and pendants as well as mother of pearl beads. Given our proximity to the beach, we love to incorporate shells in our jewelry designs.
