Each student will choose from five thoughtfully curated Mala kits, all made gemstones selected for their energy properties. Whether you're seeking clarity, grounding, love, protection, or healing, you’ll find a kit that resonates with your personal intention. As we knot each bead with care and presence, this practice becomes a moving meditation—an opportunity to slow down, set intentions, and infuse your creation with mindful energy. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a beautiful, hand-crafted Mala that supports your journey on and off the mat. No previous experience necessary—just bring your open heart.
